Not what, Not it... Who are plants?
In it's winter night,
buried in it's dreary deep dark,
each seed is a tiny light, as if
a galaxy of million stars
awake, awake the Earth appears to be.
In it's summery sight,
plants, flowers, trees, forests,
no longer stars, they bloom and blossom bright.
a reflection it's soul life, at it's best,
asleep, asleep the Earth appears to be.
What would they look like,I wonder
If i could see people's thoughts? as trees flowers they'd appear
when in sleep, they step aside!
Wise & beautiful thoughts might look like roses & lilies,
those not so clever like mushrooms!
kind thoughts like sweet scented violets,
unkind thoughts like stinging thorns, maybe.
Who are plants to the Earth?
if not what thoughts are to me.
